I had a really good experience with Homie. Their messages were clear, and they kept me updated the whole time so I didn’t have to keep chasing anyone. Everything was really easy to understand, which made the process feel a lot less stressful. Definitely 5 stars from me.

What I liked about homie was they didn’t act like everything would be magically easy or make promises on stuff they couldn’t really control. They told me clearly what to expect, what might take a while, and the parts where I had to do my own bit too.

Because of that, less stressful the whole thing felt. It wasn’t perfect every single moment, but I wasn’t sitting there confused, wondering what was happening.

Just a quick warning for anyone stressing about selling their place: using Homie took a lot of that pressure off for me. It wasn’t totally hands-off—I did have to follow up a couple times to get updates, but overall, the process was way easier than I expected. If you’re dreading the whole selling experience, this might be worth looking into.

"Closing used to feel smoother"
Homie was alright overall, but I feel like the process used to be better. The closing timeline kept moving around a bit, and it ended up taking longer than I expected. We did get everything finished, but there was definitely more waiting than I had hoped for.

I really appreciated that Homie was clear about the fees from the beginning. I’ve had experiences where you get pulled in and then start feeling trapped by extra costs that show up later, but this didn’t feel like that at all.
Selling or buying a place is already stressful enough, so knowing what I was paying upfront made the whole thing feel a lot more manageable. It was simple, fair, and refreshing. I’d use them again.

I used homie when I was selling my house, i was happy with the experience. I tend to ask a lot of questions, especially with something as stressful as selling a place, and their support team was really patient and quick to respond. For me, having someone there to explain things made the whole process feel way less overwhelming. I’d definitely use them again.

"Solid pricing help and easy enough to use"
We used Homie mainly to help figure out what to list our house for, and that part was really useful. My brother had been telling me not to rely too much on Zillow guesses, so it was nice to have something that felt a little more grounded.

There were a few moments where things took some back and forth, and I would’ve liked certain steps explained more clearly from the start. Nothing major, but it did make the process feel a little less smooth at times.
Overall, it was a good experience and it definitely saved us some stress. The pricing advice felt realistic, and I’d give it 4 stars

Homie did a decent job helping set up the showings, and overall it worked out okay. I was already a little stressed at the time, so when the schedule changed last minute a few times, it felt more frustrating than it probably needed to be. Not a terrible experience, just a bit messy in spots

I used Homie to sell my house, and overall it worked out well. The biggest thing for me was saving on fees, which felt great after already stressing over packing boxes and figuring out what to do with all the random stuff in the garage. The app was easy to use and straightforward. My only complaint is that replies were a little slow on some days, so I had to be patient here and there. Still, I’d say it was a good way to sell

"Offer strategy felt a bit off"
I’m not totally sure how I feel about it, honestly. The process was fine in some ways, and everyone seemed nice enough, but I did feel like I was being nudged to make an offer that was lower than I was comfortable with. Maybe there was a strategy behind it, but at the time it just didn’t sit right with me. Overall it wasn’t terrible, just kind of frustrating
